I remember one time I want to have this e-book (I was I think 13 or 14 without any credit cards and money) so what I did was I contact someone who bought the e-book. I cannot remember anymore how I acquired his contact details maybe I got in from the comment or forum of the website. Anyway, I told him that I want to have a copy of it and he e-mailed it to me. The problem was it was an older version so I told the webmaster that I want an update of my old copy and he also e-mailed it to me.
