Here's the deal; I got into the university, taking courses and whatnot, but to access my government handled education funds I have to provide a letter from the university that proves I'm enrolled there. I sent in all the paperwork I needed to university, and they said I'd have the letter in around 5 days to a week...

That was two months ago.

I've pestered them over and over again about it, and never get anywhere.

Now, if I were to make a fake enrollment letter, with the university's letterhead and envelopes, how much trouble could I get in if I was caught?

I mean, I AM enrolled in the university, it's just they never got off their asses to send out the letter, and I would do this so I could get my money and pay my tuition.

No; and, if you feel they are on to you just strangle the dean with your fiber wire, steal his clothes, maybe cut his face off and staple it to your own and tell his secretary to put your check in the bank and mark yourself down as enrolled.

If you're actually enrolled in the university: probably no trouble. You send them the letter, if it looks sketchy they call the university to confirm, the university confirms that you are enrolled, you get the money, end of story.

Go straight to the university and demand a letter. Refuse to leave until they give you one. Or you can just mail the govt an email that they give you which says they're going to send you a letter.
