Default Seriousness of altering a prescription?

I have a legit script for adderall...the doc printed on the script "do not fill until after Dec 5". I want to just rub out that part and go get the script filled tonight. because the script is for me, are there any penalties to doing this? The pharmacy I would go to is the one I normally go to to get it filled, so they have me on record getting this same script filled....

the print rubs off pretty easily (done on a shitty inkjet printer). it looks pretty much the same as it did, just minus the 'do not fill til..' note.

do you think this is someting that would catch their attention? if so, would police get involved?

That is a major yes to the first and a huge hell yes to the second.

They take messing with a script very seriously.

Just wait 4 bloody days.

Falsifying an official document, or something along those lines. I'm not sure what the penalty/penalties would be; but I'd imagine it wouldn't just be a slap on the wrist.

As Meta said, just wait, you don't want to risk going to jail or getting a fine for some Adderall.

Illegal Processing of Drug Documents and/or Deception to Obtain a Dangerous Drug. Both felonies, and both involving either jail/prison and/or a nice 6 month stay in some lockdown Nazi rehab facility.

Seriously man, it's Adderall, wait four...no, three fucking days. I mean shit, pound some fuckin' coffee if you need the energy that bad; chomp some No-Doz. I bet you'll feel really smart sitting in county afterwards waiting to be arraigned going "Why am I such a fucking idiot?"

Not only that most crimes pertaining to dea liscencing ie prescription tampering are under the federal jurisdiction. so you could take it up the ass statewise and give the feds sloppy seconds. enjoy!
