Ive done acid a handful of times. Never really had what id call a "Bad" or out of control experience. Mushrooms however are a diffrent story :D

With mushrooms, it seems i get "Lost" in my imagination. I mean i literally get LOST inside of another world. Last time i took shrooms i ate 2 grams of some potent little guys (Golden Teachers), and i ended up going for a walk through this little "Forest reserve" near my house.

By the end of the trip I was half clothed (No shirt), My pockets were filled with trash, and came to the conclusion i was dead and spending eternity in the forest. I ended up talking to some random guy who drove me to a church convention (I asked him to :o) and luckly, nothing bad happened.

With acid its NOTHING like this. With shrooms its all some "game" or "Pre-set" plan that is labled my Life.

THis this normal? Or am i just a special little guy?

I took 3.5g of some pretty decent shrooms the other day, I couldn't call my experience similar seeing as i tripped in town, but it was quite the mind-fuck all the same...I wouldn't call your experience abnormal.

Hell yeah. Though I think the term normal would be pushing it a bit. I've gone into my own head on mushrooms and lived an entire life in another time and place, as if it were an alternate reality. It showed me what I REALLY wanted out of life, and what would happen if I stayed the current course.

Every bit is true and words can not describe the changes that have happened in myself, the path I've chosen , and the infinite repercussions it has had on not only my life, but countless others. It is win.

I find acid to be much friendlier and easier-going than shrooms. Shrooms really force themselves upon you and are less controllable. Acid trips are easier to shape and less forceful. Both can take you deep inside your head but I find shrooms to be much scarier and more abrupt in peaking.

Try taking a lower dose until you become more comfortable with the head space. Some people have the opposite experience and find acid scary and shrooms mellow. With shrooms, just accept the ego death and find holiness in the moment, and you'll be fine.

Shitty advice...

The first hallucinogen I did was shrooms, tripped, not mad face, but I tripped and liked it. It involved a lot of thinking and I liked it.

The second time I tripped was on acid less than a month ago for the first time. I loved it, best drug I've ever taken.

Did shrooms within a week after acid...Then smoked pot, then blew lines....I had to be told to breathe every 5 seconds or else I'd start to lose consciousness. I was told to breathe for a half hour, then I got lost trying to think of what I'll be like when I'm back to reality. Luckily I had a guy who had a similar trip where he wondered the same thing, he explained it to me and settled me down... Never doin shrooms again.

Lines + shrooms = no bueno.

Fuck man, take that shit by itself.
