Get yourself a free Plasma TV?
Ok, so im planning on buying my parents a new samsung TV for xmas. I was looking on ebay for it since i have a couple grand in my paypal that i need to get rid of anyways. Well i ran accross a brand new one that is perfect but has a 5" crack in the frame that is selling for a few hundred dollars. My plan was to buy this off of ebay, and then buy the same exact TV in a local store.
The question was, can i switch out the TV's and return the broken one in the brand new box the next day and get reimbursed for a fresh one free? Or do they have serial's on the box that match ones on the TV or something to prevent things like this?

ive returned things in a large store like harvey norman and they didnt bother checking anything (well, not while we were there). so if they ask you to sign anything, you might need to put in fake details or something

Should be fine, they don't bother to check shit like that too often as much as people say.
Make sure you scam the TV out the seller on eBay too, use spoofed HTML paypal payment e-mails and see if he'll fall for it.
Can give you the source code for that if you want it.
Best to have your eBay account linked to a drop though.
