Manhunt - i was going to give it a thread, but i'll just mention it here. david simon (homicide, the wire/corner, generation kill) reunites with homicide buddy tom fontana for another mini with HBO. Named after the book it's based on, it's about the chase for john wilkes booth after lincolns assassination. it's a lock for mini series of the year.

but... it wasn't the first cop show, and it wasn't what popularized them. i mean, david caruso irks me as much the next guy, but nypd blue was one of the most groundbreaking shows ever; it pushed the limits of what you can do and say on network tv.

Pretty much everything, especially Mtv like shows, if they are even worthy of that title (which, if you werent clear on that, they aint) But i harbor especial hate for the show 'Bones'. One dimintional characters, who all seem to be geniuses and capable of anything, no cemestry between actors, think it can keep afloat by spouting giboris bug names at you every other second. If would take pleasure in removing the writers and every cast member from the genepool with a rusty hatchet..

Okay not quite, but goddamn the show is horrible.

i hate that Andy Milonakis show, sucks so bad. most stuff on MTV is horrable, like "super sweet 16" also "Flavor of Love" and "Rock of Love with Brett Michaels". shows like "the bachelor" oh and "beauty and the geek". i hate those CSI shows, " House" stinks too. i could go on and on but those are ones that stand out on top of my head.

All of those reality shows that have no real redeeming merit to them at all.
