I got the idea for this from another friend of mine, who described his dreams that night as something to do with his teeth turning into dinosaurs and flying on a book, all while every character in the dream was doing the "head bob" to the song...

My other friend and I tried it last night. We put the song on repeat and went to sleep.

I woke up with no shirt on, ans I definitely was wearing one when I went to sleep.

I usually listen to music while I sleep. Although in order to fall asleep I usually have to stop paying attention to the music. I can hear the songs in my dreams and it sometimes has an effect, I can't recall anything as trippy as you described. I'll sometimes wonder why there is music playing wherever I am and find it purely coincidental that it's some of my favourite songs. Once I was watching a band perform in my dream. But it's never made me get naked.

Thinking about it now I recall a dream I had probably a decade ago, practically narrated by the music I was listening to.
