I was walking across campus a few weeks ago and saw a UPD car sitting unlocked with, what looked to be, an assault rifle sitting upright on a mount. I don't know if it was fully auto so I can't say for sure if it was an assault rifle. No cop in sight I would have stole it if I wasn't in the middle of the city.

Keep in mind...If you were 8-12 years old and fucking saw an M4 on the ground...what the hell would you do with it?

I would certainly go pick that shit up and find somewhere to shoot it...Little kids fooling around with automatic weapons is never a good thing

Fair enough. I tend to forget about children and their inquisitive ways. Still, they'd probably have to turn the safety off first.
