i got into an argument with my drunken roommate. he accused me of making meth because i was processing some chems in a milk jug. if i get rid of all my drug stuff could they potentially use the fact that all 3 of them would tell a cop that indeed i have been doing drugs and processing possibly less that legal chems without any tangible evidence?

Cops don't care if you've been doing drugs. What are they going to do about it? And if there is no evidence that you've been making anything what are they going to do about your roommates claims?
