 Lame question about the male genitalia.
I don't really want to make a new thread for this, so a mod can close this if necessary.
But what's the difference between a cut and uncut penis? I heard when the baby is born, they cut of the top? But I've heard different from other people. Why do they do it anyway?
Yeah, sorry, but I do not want to Google this, lol.

I had 2 feet lopped off my penis so I could walk a little easier. I'm classed as "cut".
