In Australia do they sell benadryl containing diphenhydramine. Beacuse I went into a pharmacy today looking for benadryl, they only had stuff containing different chemicals in it.

try SleepAid, tylonal PM or Dormin. Dormin is your best bet if you can find it. it is what a lot of the US uses to cut powdered heroin. It has nothing in it but diphenhydramine, it's capsules filled with powder and they're 30mg each. around here a 72 bottle goes for like $11.

Travacalm or Dramamine.

if you're not using them to combat opiate itches or as a very very mild sleep aid, then maybe you dont need them. as for opiate itches i've found fexofenadine aka allegra to be more effective, and hydroxyzine to be the most effect anti-histamine, and i've had the hellacious itches from poppy pods to deal with before. those are by far the itchiest i've been nodding, and i've done a great spectrum of opiates/opioids
