| Better Living Through Chemistry Discussions of any and all sorts of mind-warping chemicals, pills, booze, mind machines, trippy stuff, current street prices, importing pharmaceuticals, smart drugs, nutrients, herbs, and altered states. Lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse)
My doctor just changed my script from Concerta to Vyvanse, just curious if this has any recreational value?

Re: Lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse)
Next time you see him tell him how great the Vyvanse works for you and how much better it is than Concerta, but at the same time complain about its high price and say you're not sure you can afford it. Might get yourself some generic Dexedrine or Adderall.

Re: Lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse)
Do you think I will get Adderall if I say that the Vyvanse works for my ADD but its makes me nauseous and sick. I'm thinking this will work because isn't Vyvanse similar to Adderall?

Re: Lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse)
throw it into some HCl... let it evaporate off. repeat a couple of times...
you now have perfectly abusable dextroamphetamine...

You'd be more likely to go back to the Concerta. Yes, it's more similar to Adderall, though, so if you say Vyvanse is too expensive (which it is and there's no generics) then its possible to get put on Dexedrine or Adderall since both have cheap generics available.
Then again, Concerta is pricey too so who knows.
