Yesterday I had to put my cat down because she had cancer of the kidney. She was 16 years old.

Here is a pic of her taken about 6 months ago.

If you were local you could've had one of mine.
My cat just had 2 kittens a few days ago.
I named one "Gooch" (thanks PJ) because I planned on keeping it but the other ones open to a good home so it never got a name.
My Huntaway/Rotti cross is kinda protective of them and the mother.
I expected that though...

And yes I do know what Gooch means

Thank you so much for the offer but I have a kitten that I got 1 1/2 weeks ago, And two 4 year old black/white cats that are twins.

nobody likes to put down a loved animal. I would imagine this cat was a much loved companion of yours...i have also had to put down a few pets in my lifetime and each has been more difficult than the last.

Trust me, As the time passes you will learn to deal with your grief in so many constructive ways. I hope to god you didnt waste that delicious, delicious kitten carcase
