Mood Swings
well lately i have found my moods are rapidly changing, one minute i can be fine and well, next minute i am just about in tears over something, and get very easily irritated, and i snap and act rudely towards people, including those i love, and i have no idea why.
the only person who seems to be an exception is my girlfriend, she is the only one who i feel no bad feeling towards. now this mood swing is pissing me of because i am normally very laid back etc.
does anyone have any idea's?, and no, it's not a period, because i am a guy, but i have heard of males having the emotional side of a period, so any advice would be apreciated

Re: Mood Swings
i don't think bipolar, personally
and could be stress. even if i don't fully recognize it, but this only seems to happen at a particular time of the month... that's where that guy period might come into it...

This.
All teenagers go through it. All teenagers think it's unnatural and there's something wrong with them. Suck it up.

And also most people assume this and go without treatment for years.

This, because according to the doctors getting rich off of these cases, there is a disorder for fucking everything and pills are the way to go.

Re: Mood Swings
How old are you?
18, but yesterday my dad had a talk to me about how my behavior sucks, and how i have been acting to a real jerk to everybody. well almost everybody
oh yeah, it could be stress
my biological mother is sick
my foster dad is sick
my sisters and brother could be getting abused at home
i don't have any idea where my life is going
all this studying seems to be getting me nowhere
although my girlfriend is the best thing to ever happen to me, she gets angry really easily, and that stresses me out to the point i just want to go hit someone
can't be fucked getting off my ass and doing anything
my room is a complete fucking mess
and i just can't find motivation for anything, but to see my girlfriend.
my foster parents want to adopt me, but that's going to mean hell from my real family
and stuff in the past that is just unmentionable
