I always end up taking too much benadryl when I'm on H (to get rid of itches) and am exhausted for the next two days. What is an ideal amount just to relieve itching but not get me so damn tired the day later? I weigh 110 pounds

50 - 75 mg. 100 mg tends to be too much for me and makes me too sleepy. How much do you normally take?

I usually take 1 but tend to feel like i need more once I smoke more H later. maybe i just need to let the pill kick in but the itches drive me crazy! So in total i end up taking 2-3 on a weekend and can't get out of bed hardly

I'm a guy, I'm very little just 5'5". It's about my normal body weight, haven't been using stimulants for quite a while now. Most i've weighed is 125.

is the itch really that bad? i mean h isn't even an itchy opiate. so why ruin such a euphoric bliss with something like benadryl, when you can be half crooked smile and noddin itchin' your ass to heaven?

The itch is only really bad cause I just started doing H again after a little over a year.

I'm sure it will be much more manageable once my tolerance gets up a little bit.
