im pretty sure APAP and alcohol arent acutely toxic, but like are just harmful to the liver, so theres no point in trying to kill yourself with that combo, it will just give you liver problems if you live.

to the OP, i would get as much of the best drug you can get, and use that...i mean if i had to OD it would be on heroin...

but if you can only get OTC, doxylamine succinate...

just buy a combination of opiates, even something mild like tramadol, alot of benzo's ie/ clonezepam and some kind of barbituates from online rx's. it isn't that hard to do. or just do the pierrepoint method with a good long thick piece of rope - it's one of the most painless ways to die if you get it right. if not (ie. calculating length of rope to body weight, a proper noose to the the height of the drop.) you could be decapitated (if you don't mind loved ones finding you this way, then who gives a fuck.... you'll be dead) or if you really fuck up you'll strangle. Which isn't fun at all, or so I hear (joke). Just become a junky man, even a benzo junky. It makes life bearable.

what im saying is that APAP doesnt "potentiate" or lower the OD threshold of alcohol. the two together dont multiply to get more toxic than they already were separately.

This^. To be more serious, my mom used to work in some sort of hospital, and she used to see people all the time that tried to kill themselves and just failed. So now they're all fucked up, medicated to all hell, and are just demented/retarded/dying/disabled/etc. So seriously, do it right or not at all, cause if you fucking don't make, you're fucked even worse then you were before.

exactly, trying to OD on over the counter stuff usually ends up being extremely ineffective, if you really want to die at least do it right.

I know what you mean about the impulse things. When incredibly bad things have happened to me, and I'm locked in my room, freaking out, i have grabbed a razor a couple of times and just went out on my legs trying to hit a vein. Never did thankfully, but my legs are pretty scarred up, i regret it.

Anyways, an ideal way to die for me at least, would be a nice cocktail of benzos+opiates+alcohol and of course some weed to ease nausea. Just drift off into sleep and never wake up again. You would feel AMAZING though just before you die of course.
