I asked my connect but he says it's "super purple". I looked up google and can't find any information and neither does he since I asked him also. All I can say is that it looked 50% purple, had a fruity smell and it tasted better than mids for sure. Out of a gram I found 14 seeds in them, so how can I find out exactly what strain of seeds I got?

It's possible that you might not even have a purple strain, but rather just a purple phenotype.

I was planning on growing it but I have no experience whatsoever. The reason why I want to be sure of the strain is because the lights and equipment might be different depending on what type the seed is. But yeah, don't I need to know whether if it's sativa or indica to even start growing it?

I know, I couldn't believe it either. This was my first time finding seeds in my buds ever, and for the first time again I don't know what to do with them other than to sell them. But yeah, there could've been more seeds to be found but I didn't realize it until I smoked a portion of it.

By the way, can you get high off the seeds? I doubt it but...

You completely missed the point of this thread... I don't want to know HOW to grow (even though I have no experience), I want to know how to IDENTIFY the seeds before I can even consider it.

You can't get high off seeds, sure you can smoke it but it tastes like shit. Try growing, it isn't that hard just get some grow dvd's and books there are tons of them on the internet and im pretty sure there is a thread somewhere on totse all about growing weed

True I know it's easy to grow, but there are specific instructions on how to grow a specific strain. I'm worried about those specific things like leaving the lights on for 24 or 12 hours.
