I'm trying to find a good website, prefferably in the US, that has some glass art (tubes, slides, bubs, etc) Im looking for GOOD stuff, high quality stuff, and please dont say weedcity or anything like that.

Im not sure the rules of this site so if anyone is interested in discussing this further I could talk to you on AIM

Very nice pieces but holy fuck are some of them overpriced.

Some are very reasonable prices but then some that SHOULD be affordable are through the roof.

Oh well.

speaking of glass, has anyone on here had glass blowing experience IRL? i just quit my job and im planning on learning how to blow glass and eventually selling to head shops, or setting up my own

There was a guy doing live glass blowing at a festival I went to and from what I can tell it takes A LOT of practice and training. Obviously something you're going to take a class for, and the equipment is a bit pricey. But, if you play your cards right and pump out a lot of decent pieces it should pay for itself.

Speaking of which, if you do start doing it, take your shit to a festival. Huge market for them there and you can clean shop if you try.

they have classes, you can actually get a degree in something like scientific glass blowing... that's one of the requirements to work as a blower for illadelph...

yeah, normal concerts too, this guy a a few concerts i've been to had a briefcase full of pipes he was trying to sell.
