Recently,swim(obviously not me) obtained a Watson brand Fentanyl patch. Swim is very experienced with slamming things,and IV is swim's preferred method of drug administration,etc. I have heard there is a way you can prepare the fent patch for injection. How does swim get the gel out of the patch? And how would swim go by preparing it for IV use? (yes swim knows iv'ing fent isnt too great of an idea)

If you're hellbent on banging fentanyl, don't do the shit by yourself. After all, you'll need someone to drive you to the ER/call the ambulance when you decide you want to "get rushed" and send yourself into respiratory depression.

I mean hey, I could be wrong, and you could be someone who actually knows just how powerful fentanyl is while at the same time possessing the intelligence and/or common sense to handle the shit responsibly. There certainly are users out there like that, of course, but I'd certainly wager that the ratio of careless junkies who drop eyeballed glops of gel in their spoon is a much greater majority.

Have you even tried smoking it? It works amazingly well if you do it correctly, and in no way does it use the shit up quickly. I don't know your tolerance, of course, but it seems somewhat logical to at least attempt another avenue of administration before reaching for the rig. Unless you have, in which case, nevermind.

I agree with PoC on this one, the IV opiate loving junkie in me would usually give it you straight, but honestly with Fent the danger is to great going that route.

Without having a way to accuratly gauge your dosage I'd highly suggest not IVing the stuff, not to mention differences in folks tolerences, which may be easily adjusted with other drugs, pushing some gel into a spoon from a whatever MG patch is just a bad idea..

Go trade it off for some dope, better rush/high anyways...

edit; btw myself have tried all the methods using fent. I'd suggest letter it just adsorb in your mouth. Its the only way I ever got off good on it, well that and smoking+Kratom, kratom seemed to kick that shit into high gear and actually give me a nod...

But its too short acting for IV man, not to mention the dangers, well I did anyways I guess. eh

just because you always slam drugs doesn't mean that should unconditionally be your only route of admin with every drug. sometimes you have to concede and just take the safer route if you value your life. if not then go ahead and bang it no biggie.
