guy i know is selling 4 mg hydromorphone pills. with zero opiate tolerance (as in ive had vicodins a few times,) how much would be a good recreational dose?

i got your back homie. i have a strong opiate tolerance, herron daily user for like 11 months and i bang like 2mg to get a decent buzz and 3-4mg to get completely fucked up. if you aren't IVing it the only other way to do it is snorting it.

I would recommend snorting half of it. It may make you puke but your only other option would be snorting 1mg, waiting 10 minutes and gauging if you want to do another 1mg but i would consider that to be a bit of a waste.

man IVing dillys is the bomb. so much more bioavailible than any other means obviously. the first time i did it to test the water i banged 2mg of it yes. anytime beyond that i did either 3 mg with some dope mixed in or the entire thing.

i guess if i've got to explain myself at the time i tested the waters and did 2mg i was low on cash and kind of high and dry so my tolerance wasn't where it should be.

to reboost my ego however, i've gone through a $50 bag of the more fire raw in the city of st. louis. between how fat it was and the potency of the shit i would say it was easily worth $120-140 bucks. i am the man my ego is back in tact.

edit- and to skelter, while you are right about paying $10 a piece for them i would pay $15 for them if i was only buying a few. dillys dont come around everyday and if you know anything about opoids you know you want to get your hands on that shit by any means

I think everything else has been cleared up for you, I just want to clarify that you know parachuting is different from snorting right? Parachuting is crushing the pill, wrapping it in tissue and swallowing the ball, while snorting is.. snorting.

Dude, my pain doc gives me 360 pills every month of 8mg Dillies to take for breakthrough pain on top of two 80mg Oxy;s in the AM and PM. My script says take 2-3 every 4 hours for pain. I have had pain for years, but I have never heard of such a prescription for that many. Anyway, I snort anywhere between 4-6 8mg pills at a time, and its still a sweet ride every time. I always have left overs at the end of the month too, so should I consider myself lucky or is this pain doc a whackjob?

Ok, I have a shit ton of (NON-IV) hydromorphone experience, and have plenty of friends who do it also.

8mg snorted is the only way to go. If you've never EVER done opes before maybe go with 4mg, but that probably won't be enough. I've seen my friends little brother (14) pop 2 vicoden and sniff an 8mg dilly for his first time with opiates EVER.

He puked about 2 hours in, but he described it as "The Pinnacle of his Existance".
