Default To Shave Or Not To Shave

So the other night, my friend (Who is a girl..lol just figured i would eliminate any doubt) and I were fucking. I noticed that my pubes kind of got pulled into her vag a little when i went in, and looked kind of uncomfortable. So i figured i'd be a gentleman and shaved my pubes yesterday for the first time.. Ouch. I woke up this morning with like thousands of small bumps all around my dick from where the hairs used to be. So my question to Totse.

Guys- any suggestions/tips on shaving your dick? is it always this painful/itchy?

Ladies- Do you care about pubes? During a blowjob? During sex? Turn on/off?

Gracias.

Sounds like you have teh AIDS.

But seriously, I believe it gets better with time. Your skin just needs to get used to it.

It's just razor burn. I'm guessing that was the first time you've shaved your pube(s). The more you do it the less it happens.

I just did a partial shave myself. On the bottom of the balls and near the penis. I was too scared to do the rest haha.

I'd like to know this too.

It's just razor burn. I've been shaving for years and still get it after a day or two. You can minimizing it by shaving after a warm shower or bath, exfoliating beforehand, using a good shave gel, using a sharp, new razor, and by moisturizing afterwards.

My personal preference for guys is trimmed. Bald looks weird, and full-on hairy can hold in sweat and get in the way, making for an unpleasant experience.

Shave after running some hot water over the area, and getting a decent lather of soap on it. Never shave against the grain either, or you will have the worst razorburn ever.

This. Trim, sucka.

Seriously, it makes you look prepubescent. Plus, trimming is way way easier and there's no horrible rash/burn afterwards.

dude the best recommendation is to get a brazillian..
and you will have no bumps..
it will hurt a wee bit
or get an exfoiliant..i know that sounds gay but it works...
and for me...
pubes are not bad if they aren't out of control..
i personally don't like them on myself...
but on a guy i don't mind so much.

I dunno why guys shave their pubes. Thats just unnecessary pain. Just trim them to whatever length you want. That way you avoid razor burn and don't look like your 9 years old.

So during dome (head), pubes dont get in the way? I would imagine they would get stuck between teeth, stick to the tongue, etc.Confused

Huh? Is your dick like 2 inches or something? Maybe im not understanding you, but if I have trimmed pubes the girl sucking my dick isn't getting close to them unless shes deep throating. And even then, I trim them so that there not long or annoying. They shouldn't be getting stuck in teeth unless the girl is trying to bite my pubes.

Default Re: To Shave Or Not To Shave

try trimming first, then lotion your skin a grip (rub it in porque soft skin is less likely to become irritated.) then get your shaving cream and apply. shave with the grain in short soft strokes, i usually end up re-applying shaving cream ~3 times.

Shaving is all right.

It stops itching as well after you shave them 2 or 3 times.

Babies, homos and chicks are bald. Men need a bit of hair there. Trim ftw.

I trim with an electric razor. It's quick and efficient without the bumps.

I have very trimmed pubes, going bald just seems weird. Every few days I just lightly razor it and it all seems to work out nicely.

If you decide to shave completely, just be sure to use a good shaving cream and wash the blade with every stroke. I suggest in the shower because it's warmer there, it'll help prevent razor burn.

The few times I've shaven completely I never had razor burns, I guess I am just doing it right or have resistant skin.

My girl loves my shit shaved. I think of it like this, I don't want to be going down on a fur burger, i dont think she wants to be sticking her face anywhere near my pubes either. It gets better with time, just gotta get used to it and learn where to be more gentle.

and don't look like your 9 years old.

So many guys drop the "dont wana look like a 9 year old" quip.
But does anyone else ever think what is going on in a guys head when he thinks this and then goes on to froth over and proclaim their preference for girls who downstairs situation makes them "look like they're 9 years old."?

haha subconscious pedos

Er...I don't really have a preference either way. I was with a guy that shaved once and actually thought it was kinda weird and gross, to be honest. Trimmed is best, but it really doesn't bother me. Like someone else said, you aren't grating your teeth against the guy's pubes - so no, they totally don't bother me.
And during oral sex is the ONLY time I'd care/notice. Intercourse - no, I can't feel a damn hair going into me. That's just silly. I think the large piece of penis sliding in probably is distracting me from any stray pubes.

i dont shave because the next few days are filled with itching hell. but i am a fan of trimming my pubes into a manageable shape.

it is the least i expect a girl to do, so i figure i should do it as well.

Yes it works on balls just fine. Now that you mention it, it's actually an electric trimmer. Still pretty easy to manage.

I shaved the top bit of the triangle off so I could wear a bathing suit lower to show off my Apollo's belt. Then I shaped the happy trail on its way down, and trimmed the rest of the triangle with scissors, it's less tangly and annoying now.
