Hey, my friend and i just railed some hydromorphones, he has a lower tollerance then me, i railed 24 mgs, he railed 8 mgs. He has a perscription for anxiety for xanax would it be safe for him to take some xanax to top off the high? Or is this dangerous?

Potentially it is very dangerous and he is at risk of ODing.

I wouldn't recommend taking any and if you do cut your dosage in half maybe even a quarter.

maybe it's just me that thinks that the hydromorphone would pretty much cover his anxiety, but sometimes i can get anxious or agitated on opiates so i can't talk for this individual.

In my experience, Xanax and Valium tend to subdue the highs of hydromorphone and oxycodone.

They're nice after the first two hours, but I would inflict grievous bodily harm on somebody who got me to ruin the main buzz with benzos.

i wouldnt do high doses of either if i were you. ask Zex, this is a dangerous combo (opiates and benzos that is). simply because

1. they are both slowing your heart rate down already then

2. benzos make you stupid so you think you can do higher doses of opiates when your threshold for opiates is already significantly lowered due to the benzos in your system

3. this can basically result in your dropping to the floor and being classified as legally dead.

basically either do them seperately or do them in low doses and have a friend hide the opiates from you because your judgement is aboslutely retarded when on benzos.
