dude 20 is enough to be good with adderal, 30 or 40 is even pushing it
focalin is about the same dosing, 30 should be pretty good

30mg of amps feels like a cup of cofee to me now. i take around 100-150 so ur saying this is just as strong... any info cant find much on this shit
