I personally don't mind them, i've got them on my shoulders/biceps. I was worried when I first saw them but then someone explained what they were.

It's something almost everyone has, just like moles or birthmarks, so I don't really pay attention to them.

I have some on my thighs. I used to be a fat sack of shit then I lost some weight.

Ive seen some really nasty, deep stretch-marks on small girls who've had kids, makes it look like they've been hacked up.. I don't think anyone pays attention to normal ones, though. Most people have 'em.

I have some from pregnancy. I'm only 5'1" and my baby was 9 pounds 14 ounces, so my stomach got HUGE for like the last 3 months I was pregnant. Then of course she wanted to nurse CONSTANTLY, so I also have them on my breasts. My husband says they are pretty.:P

I dont mind them....a lot of times it is from being bigger and losing weight so to me thats kinda just a natural side effect of getting skinnier..unless its from like gastric bypass then those are highly a turn off..but just some from losing weight are fine..or from being pregnant...it comes with being "real"..

My skin has no elasticity to it. I have huge stretch marks on my boobs and sides, and tons of little ones on my thighs. Even though I've never been big or had kids or anything. I was really self concious of them when I was younger because they were dark purple/red but now they've all faded to white and I couldn't give a shit. I've never had any complaints and if anyone cares that's their deal not mine. It does worry me a bit to think about getting pregnant because I know I'll get mad stretch marks all over my stomach (like what Docta? is talking about). But hopefully I will have let go of my vanity completely by then. I think once I have kids I will be worried about them and not my appearance.
