Yes. I act like I'm the shit and know everything about relationships, but I can't kiss. Well it's not that I can't kiss. I do it often, and I'm fairly good at the actual kissing part. The only thing is I can't do it spontaneously. Meaning, I either have to wait for the other person to kiss me OR tell them before I do it. Any time's the time if you're comfortable with the person, and if you're not comfortable, don't jump into relationships.

It's actually pretty simple. Start off slow and make sure she sees you when you go in for it. If you go for it too fast she's not going to be ready and thats when it can get a bit awkward if you don't play it off. Once she's used to random kissing you should be fine.
