Well I got some Oxycodone after getting all my wisdom teeth pulled and since I did not have any pain plus taking two of the did almost nothing, I figured there would be a better use for them, but I have no idea how many mg each pill is. The label says:

RATIO-OXYCOCET 5MG-325MG
OXYCODONE HCL/ACETAMINOPHEN

The pills are white and have TEC inscribed on them.

It would not surprise me if they were 5mg.

You indeed have 5 mg percocets, each cut with 325 mg of tylenol. Enjoy.

Oxy is basically useless recreationally if you're below 20 mg, imo.

20mg is a great place to start, even 10mg used to make me feel pretty good.

Seriously, if you've never taken opes before, 15-25 mg will have you feeling great, especially with a bowl or two. The tolerance goes up pretty quickly, but if you're a virgin, a prescription of 30 5/325s will last you awhile. Don't overdo it, especially considering the APAP--you don't want to exceed 3-4 grams of APAP a day. This is why OC>percocet.

Dude, dont offer advice when you have no fucking idea what you're talking about. His pills are percocets, they are not time release, they're IR. And he included the pill ID in his original post: He straight up told you he has 5/325 mg percs.

OP: Your percs are 5mg oxycodone and 325mg APAP (tylenol). If you're opiate naive then take 20mg (4 pills) and you'll have a great night.

Since a couple other people have mentioned the APAP in your pills, heres a break down on how that works:

Its reccomended that you not take over 4000mg (4g) of APAP, or you might risk liver damage. In actuality its closer to 6000mg for one time injestion, and 4000mg for chronic dosing. But, since theres only 325mg of APAP in your pills you'd have to eat 13 of them to exceed the reccomended dose, which would be way too much oxy for you to handle.
