Here's the story:

Ive been with my girlfriend for a year and eight months. Thing are fine and everything. Lately there has been some close calls, since we've been having unprotected sex for about a year (Pull out).

After seeing how much we would both lose if she got pregnant and having to put a new born on adoption, we decided to try and get her on birth control.

Recently out of high school and in my first semester of college, most of my money goes towards school and gas money. I didn't have enough money to buy enough BC to last long enough. She didn't either.

We go on a hunt to find a way to find a way to pay for it and get it out of the way. A couple of weeks back we saw a program that gives teens free birth control in order to try and reduce the high pregnancy rate sin teenagers among my region (chicago).

They covered all brand names and would be completely free. She just had to make an appointment to see the doctor to get the birth control prescription of her choice, which was YAZ.

Today was her appointment and was happy as shit, thinking that i could finally not have to worry every month whether shes was cooking one or not.

She goes to the appointment and calls me after. The fucking doctor said he would put her on BC because "she was to beautiful and guys only want her for her body and not brain". He said that because she was only 18 and I am only 18, all I wanted was to have sex with her. So he preach don and on about not having sex.

My girlfriend told him how she was already having sex with only one partner whom shes been with for 1yr8m and has only had one partner. The stupid arab wasn't having it, he started saying shit like "men only want one thing" and even went as far as asking her if she was willing to date a thirty year old man. WTF! This pisses me the fuck off.

So finally he told her to not have sex for two weeks and come back in two weeks with her mom. I think he said the two week things thinking he would prove his point, if we don't have sex ill break up with her.

This is utter and complete bullshit. From what she told me this shit is completely unprofessional! He has no right to give his opinion when not asked for. The BC is not going to harm her body in any way. Adn why would she need to bring her mother when shes 18?!?! Fuck, now were back to square one.

You can only change your doctors once a month, which is what i think we should do. OR Try again in two weeks when maybe this stupid fucking arab might think differently about the situation. And the fear of getting her pregnant continues. And don't give me that wear a condom type of shit. fuck you, you wear one!

Wait wait wait...Birth control is there to stop unplanned parenthood, which is what your girlfriend went there for.
Now, this service is free to prevent unwanted offspring among teenagers. Most of whom are probably having promiscuous sex with several partners anyway.

So your girlfriend goes there to get said birth control and is told no because she might be having sex with several partners regardless of her saying she's in a committed relationship.

Therefore, the outcome would be he's not doing his job properly and is letting an 18 year old down.

If this is real, what sort of program is this? Is it funded by a religious organization or something? Seems suspicious.

I don't know if the girlfriend is enrolled in college as well, but I remember through my old community college (as well as current uni) you could get most birth control for about $10 a month.

...and condoms are really worth getting used to, it's so easy to mess up the pill. More girls I know rely on it for health reasons (physical comfort, ect) than as a sole means of contraception.

I wouldn't be as mad if the doctor denied her BC because of a religious belief or if it went against his morals. If that was the case, he should atleast of suggested going to another doctor.

In a serious relation ship, i can seriously rule out that she made it all up fo a couple of reasons, she snot pregnant and why would she want to get pregnant.
