I'm growing interested in the hashish. Unfortunately, my shitty lungs have been holding me back from even the slightly smoky methods of doing weed. So, is the "hot knifing" technique gonna fuck up my lungs worse, or am I ok?

i fucking love smoking hash. but hot knives fuck my lungs up.

Hot knife with a 2L bottle and its not as harsh [you can be much further from the smoke so it can cool].

Oh, and that guy had a lot of black smoke coming off his hash.
