I was also thinking another option would be to open a bag of chips and superglue it back shut, I just don't know how effective taking these precautions would be if you were ever searched?

If they use a dog, and they're seriously suspicious, then you're fucked no matter what. There's gotta be legitimate air-tight ones out there somewhere though.

I don't think the chip bag thing'll work. I'm sure the smell will still get out, plus, residue on the outside of the bag. Your pretty much only hope would be vacuum sealing or whatever that's called. I read it in another thread like a couple days ago. You have to vacuum seal it once, then go somewhere else where there are no drugs and make sure everythings all clean and shit and vacuum seal again, then probably wash the FUCK out of it. Real depends on what your use for it is though, you gotta be more specific.

You can shave off the top 5mm from a film container & the place it inside another for a secret hiding place.

if you look at where the cellophane stops, right where the top closes down on to the outer card board is not really connected by very much to the inner cardboard... so you seperate these 2, put the hits inside and glue it back shut... putting the cellophane back on the box would probably keep it looking more normal but if you do it right its very hard to tell there is a little bit of paper wrapped in tin foil in between the card board and the inner foil, hell throw a few cigarettes in their, i doubt i cop would ever do more than look in the box, much less rip the box completly all to fuck to see if there was anything in there....

ive had friends compliment me on the stealthiness of it... wouldn't be so great with people who didn't trust you because it is kind of hard to see the product without ripping apart the container but if they trust you or if its just for you to carry them in it works well... if you try to feel inside of the box you can feel them but its hard to, and like i said you could just shove a bunch of cigarettes into it to discourage them even more... i would get pissed if a cop dumped out all my cigarettes and ripped the box apart....

Those secret stash spots don't work. If the cops ever search your dorm/home/whatever that's one of the first places they look. They know all the tricks and will try unscrewing all your "soda" and "aerosol" cans. Don't use these if you're serious about hiding your drugs.

Thats good to know, I wasn't sure how effective those would be during an actual search...my friend who doesn't deal just got his dorm searched by local police because they heard he was a dealer, they pay people to rat at my school so I was trying to come up with a way to feel safer about having things in my possession.

i dont know what the laws and specifics are in your state regarding civil rights and illegal search and seizures but you do have the right to decline such a violation of privacy until they bring you a warrant be it at home in the car or among your personal possessions. but then again cops will do what they want usually so if you have reason to be on increased security threat level then proceed accordingly.

Not all cops know about them. I've had friends get away clean because of those hiding cans, especially if you keep it in the fridge with a bunch of real ones. It all depends of whether or not the cops searching your house are aware of them and are thinking about them at the time.

If, for example, they just got a memo about ned smuggling devices at roll call that morning then they'll probably check the unopened Dr. Pepper sitting in your cup holder. But if the memo was 6 months ago and they havnt seen one of those can safes since then, then they'll probably have forgotten about it by then.

In any case you're better off with one than with your shit just in a bag or in your pocket. Plus, once you do get to court the judge could be inclined to see a line between opening the can and having your shit sitting in your pocket as the difference between probable cause and needing a search warrant.

No man, my friend got busted in college last year for dealing. Cops went undercover as plumbers and said they just needed to do routine maintenance. Once he opened his dorm room door they pushed themselves in, showed their badges/ID and then proceeded to search his room. He had some of those stash cans and he said that was the first place the cops even bothered looking. Basically they tore his room apart and found benzos, 2 oz weed, $700, and a fake ID.

Yeah, those secret containers are becoming too well known and common. I purchased an Arizona can awhile ago, and it has helped me in the past, although I don't use it so much anymore.

Not all cops known about the stash cans, or at least think to look in them sometimes, but in truth it all depends. A friend and I got searched along with his car. The Arizona was sitting in the front cup holder as they searched the car, and it didn't get touched. Meanwhile, I was getting searched with my piece and some bud shoved down the front of my pants; such bullshit.

A friend of mine wanted to bring some herb into a venue where they wouldn't let you bring in open containers of any kind, or bags. He spliced open the bottom wrapper of a cigarette box with an Exacto and proceeded to fill the cigs with bud. He then re-glued the bottom wrapper and they let him in fine with a seemingly sealed box.

To answer your original question of "How secure I feel" about using one; I would now say that I usually get the sense that I have a 50/50 chance of getting by. Although it depends on the overall security of where you are trying to get by with it...

Well from first hand experience the soda can hidden container worked. The local police heard I am apparently one of the top three 'go to' guys on campus and busted into my room last night. They tore my room apart, they searched in every pocket of every clothing article, ripped apart drawers, threw my notebooks across the room so there is shit everywehere and damaged some property.

The impression I got was that they fully expected to find weight on me. Unfourtunately I just split half a g and had thrown it in a drawer (planning to get back and smoke it later) so all they found was half a g, a scale and 13 cigarette bags (which they never acknowledged or asked me why I would have them). I had a lot of pills in the soda can, they opened my fridge saw the can and didn't think twice. I figured they were dissapointed they didn't find weight but they were threateing to arrest me for the half g and went through the we want you to rat someone out routine so I gave them a name and room of someone I know doesn't carry/smoke or anything and they said in exchange they would flush the gram and forget all about it. I figure this way they can't do anything at all because the only evidence they had they intentionally destroyed, I hope I'm right about that.

The nature of the search and their attitude suggested to me that they figured they caught me when I was dry and are going to watch and or search me in the future.. really didn't see this coming.

This has worked for me and I doubt the po po's will wanna touch it. Buy some stick deodorant. Twist it so that the stick comes out all the way, if you need to, pull it out. Once you do that, there's either a little thing that holds the actual deodorant stick that you can easily take out with a knife or a pair of scissors, and then once you have that out of the way, you have a hollow, empty stick of deodorant with nothing in it.

You can fit one or two good baggies in there, put the stick of deodorant back on and push it down (you may want to cut off some of the bottom if you have trouble pushing it down), and there you go. You don't have to worry about smell because the deodorant stick covers it and the pigs will be less likely to touch it, especially if you throw some pubes on the top of the stick for good measure.

Anytime you wanna access your special herbs, just open it and turn it upside down and shake it a little and the stick should slide right out, or you can try and pull it out with your fingers.

Don't use a soda can or a hollow book, that shit is too well-known and you have to buy them too. The only secure way to make sure the cops don't find anything is to get rid of it or give it to a friend to hold.

you can always buy a old massive set of headphones (over ear) and gut them, run a new set of ear buds into the shell and just pop your stuff into the newly created cavity. I've seen it done with up to 4g in it, but that is getting cocky.

Get a plastic milk container & pour some white paint in it & let it coat most of the inside & let it dry.

Tear the label off one & cut one end of each can.

Now don't cut it normal like. Cut it from the Outside dia inwards.
Theres some can openers that do it that way anyway.
You need to be able to remove the Whole end of the can. Rim and all.

Now put your item inside the can with no label.
Squash the can a bit & force it into the other can, once its in a bit, push it in with your foot or use a hammer & wooden block.
You need to get it even or the inner can will crumple & go off cockeyed.

Once its in it should look like a normal can, with lable.
Do it a few times with old cans to get good at it. Not every attempt works right.
