Another you could do is that if you still can't sleep, do a little more to make the comedown less shitty. And I really mean a little, don't do enough so you go right back to where you started, cause that's just making the problem worse. But if you don't have anymore speed or benadryl, I'm sorry to say you're shit outta luck, can't think of anything else if you don't have any sedatives.

Don't eat so much benadryl that you start tripping, that will make sleeping even harder. Forgot to say that earlier. I usually pop like 4 or 5 and dependign on how much I did and how bad I'm coming down that usually helps me to settle down and start to doze off a little.

Alcohol works wonders if you dont have any benzos around for a comedown, without a doubt one of the best and oldest downers known to man

back in my youth when i would lose a night or two of sleep, thats when i really felt i got my moneys worth. some might consider it round 2 even. to me it was the bonus round. just embrace it because it has to happen and pack yerself some beer and cigs. and try to eat. if you insist on schizn at least take care of yourself. be a pro not a punk.

Well, I did around 400 mg in the last two days, and slept for 2 and a half hours on Sunday, and I dozed off (dunno if I could call it sleep) for an hour tonight. But I have to get up in a half hour, and be all sketched out.

Not a problem as of now, because I'm getting Ativan today, thank christ.

Be sure to eat and take a multi vitamin.

did you lots of cleaning/work/homework/labor to do? if not what the fuck are you doing man, adderall is a fantastic drug because you function at a higher level when your on it then sober which can be said of very few drugs. But if your trying to get high your wasting your time

Xanax is good for that, also smoke some pot and you'll be pretty good. Just try to not focus on the shitty amp comedown cause thats the worst part.

"Functioning at a higher level" happens to classify as getting high for me.

Yeah, I'd been busy all day and got all my shit done, but then I wanted to sleep, because I felt really strung out and tweaky.

Now I scored six Adderall 50's and four generic Lorazepams, so I'm gonna have a fun birthday. :D
