Anyways, you can take up to 4 grams of acetaminophen in a day, so you could take 11 without any too-horrible drawbacks. 55 grams of oxy out of that so whatever you want to do, go for it. 3 or 4 should have you feeling it though. Just don't use that amount of acetaminophen on a daily basis, lest your liver asplodes.

Putting morals aside, what is your normal oxy dose? Whatever it is, divide that by 5 and that is how many pills you should take. Dont go over 4000mg of acetametaphen in a day if possible(12-13 pills). But I seriously doubt that you will need that much.

Buzz, go 3-4, work your way up if your not feeling it

First, if the bottle is really from two years ago, then you're still a thief. If youre lying about the date, and you took the pills from someone who really needed them, fucking suck it up and return the bottle. Fuck, take one dose and give the rest back. You can't understand what its like to have chronic pain, but let me tell you, it just plain sucks. You also can't know what its like to withdraw from something like painkillers or benzos until it happens to you, but it sucks too. And thats putting it nicely.

You can eat as many of those fuckers as you need to for a short period of time without the APAP hurting any of your body's systems (unless you're drinking, which is already a no-no, or you have a terrible liver disease, which should also stop you from taking drugs to begin with). You don't seem like a frequent oxy user, so I'm guessing you take significantly under the 40mg average recreational dose, meaning that you'll be taking 8 or fewer pills, and you're fine.

Yeah, HeavyMetal420 and SlightlyStoopid got your back though. CWE if you want to get rid of the APAP due to paranoia or a desire to insufflate, and look up the pills online if you're not sure of the content.
