Happened in a room adjacent to my window. I don't have very good hearing but it was pretty loud and this is what I could make out (there was lots of stuff in between I couldn't hear). All the lines have stuff in between that I couldn't hear clearly, they were just the loudest parts.

I think that part near the end was because she said she was going to call the police.
Anyways I thought that was awesome, pretty much made my night.
