I'm slowly slipping into silent sadness
What do I do with a girl who I hurt all the time?
Not physically, but emotionally.
Its frustrating because it happens everyday, for the past two weeks or so, she gets hurt by something I say or do.
I feel like she needs me to be perfect for her, which I can't be, and I know she questions my love for her all the time.
I try to bring all this up to her, and she just tells me its not about me, its about her and how I hurt her.
She makes me sad or annoyed more than she makes me happy nowadays...

Sounds like you're being over emotional. You just enjoy drama; you like being able to say "I love her but I can't stop hurting her. This is torment rawrawraw:(" because it makes you feel like you're one of the kids from One Tree Hill.

Don't listen to this.
I'd say try to sit her down and get her to tell you whats up. Since it seems you've already tried this, be really blunt and to the point. If she's still unresponsive, it might be time to move on. It might be attention-whoring on her side, or you could be legitimately hurting her. Either way, its obvious that the relationship isn't good for either of you.

Fuck her. Anyone that always says it's only about them is a selfish fuck. You hurting her sounds like you just being you. She's looking for an excuse to blame. Drop her.

Re: I'm slowly slipping into silent sadness
Well, one might suggest not hurting her. Or- once you already have- focusing on making her feel better.
Are you the sort of person that, once you've done wrong by someone, tries to reach out to them and make them feel better again? Or are you the type that reacts by drawing inward and feeling bad about yourself?
The latter type gets caught in a mind trap that keeps them focusing on themselves and not the needs of their partner. If you recognize that you are causing problems in your relationship, you need to show some initiative to change the situation.
