I'm sure, but continuous shots are far from the norm. Regardless, it's not really much stamina, so I don't get what the OP is getting at. I've never seen a sex scene that went on for more than 20-30 mins and atleast 10 mins of bj, touching, foreplay, etc. Nothing outside the norm... now show me a 45 min - 1 hour continuous porn shot and that would be something worth wondering "how?!" over, because it would be well outside of normal ability.
