I follow the intructions to the best of my ability and the closest I have came is crystal residue which wont cook down or reform, with no effects at all.

I cant find red devil lye anywhere so I've been using another lye product that contains sodium hydroxide.

I've been using rubbing alchohol to remove the wax coating from the 12 hour sudafed pills, I dont know the difference between rubbing and denatured but i have been using rubbing, isopropyl.

The cooking phase is funny. I dont exactly follow it very well. First off when I add the tubes into the jars are they supposed to just barely be sticking inside the jar or all the way into the water and the cooking substance? is the water supposed to go on the burner with the cooking jar? I dunno, but the black tar that I get in the jar absolutely WILL NOT all come off into the water. Also, am I supposed to add the whole 1/4 cup of acetone at once and just wait for it to evaporate or add it in small doses? I could really use some help here.

My second question is tdoes the vicks inhaler recipe work? I cant get my hands on anyhdrous amonia so the other methods are out of the question.


Im not trying to make ounces or 20 grams but I would like to learn how to make maybe 2-3 grams at a time, Im very interested in this

You're gonna need atleast a decent knowledge of chemistry. People will help you with a specific problem, but they aren't going to give you step by step instructions
