I've seen a few of your posts on S&A, and as much as this going to seem as a impetuous generalization. It's not. Don't pick jobs based on how many "cute guys" are going to be there. Find a job you love doing, are passionate about it, with good hierarchical mobility. (This is of course assuming you're not just a 16 year old looking for some extra loot, which would then make everything I've just said utterly nonsensical) But regardless I'll continue... if you find doing something you love, and do well in it. Men will follow soon after. Ability and independence are very attractive.

Picking a job to meet a man seems pretty immature. There are alot of better ways to meet guys, trust me. Dont go to a shitty job that your not gonna enjoy, to be surrounded by a bunch of dudes.

Keep your job, and gossip with your lady friends about your boyfriend who you DONT have to work with. If you worked w/ your boyfriend and got into an argument, it would not only hurt your relationship.....but your status at your job as well.

Well, I figure that here in Vancouver there is too much competition between asian girls for white guys so I have decided to move to a whiter area where I might have a higher success rate with white boys. Honestly the best job I've ever had for my social life was waiting tables, fun times, fun people, lots and lots of going out after work in big groups. The job itself always sucked and the pay was incredibly inconsistent (bad tippers, great tippers, busy night, slow night) but restaurant crews are always fun to hang with imo :) I made lots of great friends waiting tables - maybe give that a try?
