So I have acquired some 40 mg oxycodone pills that gel up when insulfated. They gel up like Tevas (footballs) though not quite as bad as Teva's do. They are of the controlled release brand and can be viewed here: http://www.pharmer.org/node/12940

Now I am wondering if a CWE (like one would do with Vicodin or Percocet) is possible with these? However I want the end result to be powdered oxycodone that can be insulfated. Also, does any oxycodone get lost during a CWE? If not in a normal CWE would any get lost if a CWE was done on these? I would also like a link to a proper CWE procedure that someone here has tested, and would need to know the steps I would have to take afterward to get the oxycodone powder from the water solution (if this is even possible)

Yes I have already thought about just crushing them up and parachuting, which I have already done with two of them. However I don't want my meals to be centered around when I take my oxycodone, which they would have to be to ensure an empty stomach, which is why I would like to produce a powdered form that wont gel up. Basically I just need to remove the stuff that makes them gel up, doesn't matter to me what process I need to undertake. Thanks in advance guys.

A CWE is only intended to seperate out the APAP. Since your pills have no APAP in them you cant even do a CWE.

I have heard a few ways of defeating the gel mechanism. But none of those leave you with a powder oxycodone. At best you'll get a solution that you can drink to make your OC into IR.

thats why no one likes the ones that gel, cause its almost impossible to get a powder out of them.

You could try panthrax's website. Under his tek for turning MsContin into heroin he discusses a way to defeat the gel matrix, but im not sure if it would work on your particular brand of OC.
