Just found a bottle of about 30 of these. Not drunk, but buzzed up quite nicely. I've heard some good experiences with codeine and alcohol but wanted to hear some personal opinions about mixing the two. Anything I should watch out for? Can I rail them? I have 2 pills sitting in front of me. I think that should be more than enough right? Any answers would be great, thanks.

If they do, do a cold water extraction (google around, plenty of information)

No you cannot rail codeine. Codeine is a complete prodrug, meaning it must be metabolised by the liver into morphine for any effect to occur.
also a small pecentage of the population, generally of caucasian decent, lack the enzyme that converts codeine to morphine in the liver.

Becautious with opiates and alcohol. just wait until you are not drinking. And you are going to need atleast 90mgs to get any kind of effect from them. And probably more towards 200-300mgs. Also codiene has a ceiling dose of 400 mgs , if more than 400mgs is used in a 4 hour period it will be wasted because of the enzyme above^.

Also just a warning, codeine is VERY hard on the gut and will cause a great deal of nausea. This is why hydrocodone and oxycodone are both commonly prescribed instead of codeine.

actually since it is considered a prodrug, codeine is not considered weak because it is actually not active at all,meaning it gives absolutely no effects, it has to be converted to the morphine to have any kind of effect.

you only need to do a CWE if you're taking more than 4000mg (4g) total of APAP (tylenol) in one day. other than that just eat them normally.

I care because there is a disturbing amount of totse members who obtain their narcotics by stealing them from people who actually need them. Thats fucked up, and i want to discourage it by flaming and refusing to help those that do.
