Default Polygamous vs monogamous relationships

What are your thoughts? I'm a girl in a polygamous relationship with another girl who has a boyfriend. Things are fine between us. Discuss.

If every one is okay with it, go for it. Something to consider though, is if one person is trying so hard to please the other that they're agreeing to it, despite how much they disagree? This is pretty detrimental to their mental health. Example, I can see some very good looking/confident guy getting a girl who's average with low self esteem to agree to a polygamous relationship, even if she really doesn't want one.

But yeah...if you're capable of not feeling jealousy and exercise safe sex, why not have 2 or more more partners?

I figure a pansexual, 8-person relationship would be pretty fun.

I honestly think your kind is the only kind that can work with most people.
I could probably 'share' a girl with another girl on occasion if it's going both ways('open' in respect to other women), but not with guys. Besides, I can to things to a girl that no chick ever can :P

The big point is that it's a one penis show.

You seem a little confused about what polygamy is.

If you and the girl were both married to him, that would be polygamy. What you're got is just good old fashioned bad behaviour.

To answer the question, I have no trouble with polygamy if all parties agree. However unless someone was brought up that way (hardcore "Saint") then there is little chance of them really knowing what they're letting themselves in for.
