so last weekend i smoked. i also smoked a couple times throughout the week before that. now i am a very skinny dude with small ammount of body fat.

some kid gave me a bottle of dandellion root and leaf extract and he said it works. anyone tried this stuff? how should i drink it/ when?

Well is it tea or pills or what? And dude I think you'll be fine if your really skinny and you don't smoke very much. What you should do before monday is work out and try to burn off some of the THC. Other than that just drink a shitload of water along with some coffee and shit like that before your test to dilute your pee. And other than that... wasn't there an official drug testing thread? What happened to that? Or am I just crazy and there never was one?

Okay, for one, you don't want to burn ANY fat before a drug test for THC. The THC is stored in the fat cells and the more fat you burn, the more THC is in your system. For two, DON'T DILUTE YOUR URINE! They will notice these things. Chances are they've been doing this for years, and they know every trick in the book. One drug test I took for probation I had to take twice because my urine was "Too clear". And the last thing, there is only one way to pass a drug test %100 and that is to stay clean until the drugs have passed through your system entirely. They do sell flush kits at head shops and most of them will work. I've used several different brands and they all passed the drug test. So find a local headshop, spend the $30, and do exactly what it says. That would be my advice.
