Drink lots of liquids over the next week and just get some circulation through your system and you'll be alright.
On the other hand if you don't drink anything take the test there is a good chance you'd fail it. Allowing you drink enough so you can urinate when you have to take the test.
I had to take one the other day for my second class medical I'm a pilot they ask if you have done any illegal substances in the last 2 years, Of course I haven't!
