 FINAL Suboxone question (Help Please)
I've been prescribed (and have been taking) around 24mgs or Suboxone a day - everday for about 8 months.
On October 30th, I took my last dose.
On November 2nd, I took four 7.5/750mg Vicodin, 2mgs of Klonopin and a 2mg shot of Dilaudid. (10:00pm)
It is now the bright and early afternoon of November the 3rd. (12:15pm)
I've had enough of fucking about with opiates and I've decided to just stick with my Suboxone. When would be a safe time to dose my usual 8mgs?
Right now? Would I go into precipitated WD'S? Would I feel the subs? When will I start getting junk sick?
THIS IS MY LAST SUBOXONE THREAD, I PROMISE! SOMEONE LEND ME A HAND.

Its over 24 hours later so Id say go for it. Ive taken subs and oxy in the same day before without any bad effects.

My last dose of Dilaudid and Vicodin was at 10:00pm last night, right now, it's 12:30pm (noon) the next day. About 12 hours have elapsed. Are you sure?
If I don't take anything, when should the WD's start setting in?
EDIT : Even though I have take other opiates in between, will my tolerance to Suboxone be lowered? |

the longer you wait the better, and probally not. your tolerance should be somewhat similar...
but hey if you don't need all 24mgs, don't take em..

When should the WD's first start setting in? My last opiate dose was Nov 2nd round the evening.
It's about 24 hours later right now.

It usually takes me about 36 hours to start getting withdrawals.
Usually I end up trying to hock a loogey and it triggers my gag reflex...then I start dry heaving for hours and get what feels like restless leg syndrome....but in my arms and legs....well you know the rest.

Midge dude this is what i was trying to tell you on that last thread about suboxone
They were just vikes man and you were not getting the full effects of them most likely because you didnt wait that long from your last dose of suboxone
I told you to just stick with the sub it will feel better than them hydrocodones for sure, but ilovechronc went on about how i didnt know what i was talking about ......dumbass

I'm sorry. I've been trying to get off bupe. and it has just becoming a mess. Through all the Klonopin, I thought you were insinuating that I was one of those "kids" trying to get high off vikes - and I guess I took it the wrong way.
My way of thinking is all fucked up. I'm going to start back on the bupe today. Apologies for the misunderstanding. |

You wait until you're in moderate withdrawls, fucking DUH.
But then even wait a few more hours, benzos + buprenorphine can be deadly.
And you'll never get off suboxone if you don't start lowering the dose. If you've been taking them for eight fucking months, you can start lowering the dose for SURE. In a manner of days (weeks at the most), you could probably be down to only taking 8 mg, or maybe even 4 mg a day.
The first time I was put on suboxone, I was only on it for about 4 weeks before I was able to get down to about 2-4 mg a day. |

Well if he didnt wait the full 36 hours for the bupe to metabolize then he probabky has half of his bupe dosestill runing through his system. Meaning it doesnt really matter if he waits. i have taken a low dose of bupe (2mg) as litle as 8 hours after smoking h.
I have also waited 24 hours since my last dose of bupe and smoked h and then just took my normal dose of bupe a few hours later. it all depneds on his metabollism of bupe. |
