Ok so i got around 60 pills of Valium they are little yellow pills, perfect circles with APO on it, then a line, and underneath the line it says 5. There is nothing on the other side. My guess that they are 5mg pills. Totse what i am asking is how many is a good for recreational dose i got very low to no tolerance.

The most experience i have with benzos is i did 2.5 mgs of xanax and got really fucked could barely walk after.

Yeah, that sounds about good for a beginner's dose. Do at least 30 mg, any less and you'll receive little more than therapeutic benefit...which is still nice, actually, when you're starting off.

If you happen to find yourself crushing up ten 10 mg Valiums at a time and cramming the resulting powder into a size 00 capsule so that you can shove it in your wallet and swallow 100 mg on the go, you might have a problem...

I never had the time/patience to crush them all up, Id just find the nearest pill bottle and cram it full and take it with me. Nothing like stumbling around on the go popping vals like tic-tacs; although I do say it does may work atlot more interesting :p

Hmm i did around 20 mgs in the morning and now its 10 pm, and i did 30mgs, im good so far. So little of a high compared to Xanax, i kinda want to keep doing more. Another thing, Valium doesnt make me as tired as xanax, im guessing xanax more powerful?

I find valium more enjoyable for that reason. Xanax is more sedating and causes amnesia. Valium chills you out way before it knocks you out. I've never found benzos to give that great of a "high" either. It's more of a relaxed feeling.

first time i would suggest 40 mgs, and your xanax dose is equivalent to 50 mgs valium, which is on the weak/moderate side.

Xanax is more powerful then valium by weight, but thats not the reason why you feel more tired. As beergoggles put it, xanax is a far more sedating and forgettful benzo then valium is. That's why it makes it very apprioate to be prescribed to people with sleep disorders and such.

Those little Icebreakers mint containers are perfect for <4mg xanax.

I don't have too much experience with benzos, just xanax a good amount of times, never done valium though. But xanax always leaves me wanting to take more and more (I acquired at one point around 100 .25mg footballs from a friend, they were gone fairly quick). Benzos alone are not that great, but once I mixed like 2mgs of Xanax with a small dose of codeine and felt suprisingly nice.
