Hey guys I've been prescribed ultracet for a herniated disk in my lower back, each contains 37.5mg tramadol and 325 mg acetaminophen. I'm wondering if a CWE could be carried out on these or if it would even be worth it? Has anyone had any experience with these?

take 5 or 6 no extraction ness.

5 or 6? so 225 mg tram and 1950 mg acet for 6 of them. When should i start worrying about potential seizures I've heard this can be a problem.

I'm not advocating taking lots of something like APAP you're not supposed to but I've had a script of them and I just ate them. You didn't mention how many it was but when I was given 60 I just ate them to keep a really light buzz throughout the day.

Eight pills is 2600mg APAP and 300mg Tramadol. Most people feel good at 300mg if they're going to feel good at all. It would be alright to eat that many. The max recommended daily dose is 4g and the "LD50" is supposedly 7.5g. 2600 is fine.

tramadol seems to be an odd drug for dosing.

some people report seizures at 200mg+, i personally like taking 600mg+ and have never had a seizure.

(never done on CWE on them either, just swallowed or parachuted)

They will give you seizures, but at high doses (at least for me)

I was eating I think the 100mg, but it very well could have been the 50mg.

Either way, I had eaten about 15 of them trying to get some sort of buzz, and it wasn't happening. I had a cellophane about 1/4 of the way full of them and just downed the whole thing...probably 20-25 more of them.

It took about an hour for the seizure to happen. I felt tired and laid down to take a nap...and I woke up on the front porch with an ambulance coming over the hill...

pretty crazy ammount. not somthing people would normally take.

anyways, dont base the seizure thing off of that, i doubt a normal dose wouldve done that to you

Looking back, I know it was a really stupid thing to do. It was the only thing I had, and I wanted an opiate like buzz. I had no idea at the time of what the repercussions would be. It was foolish of me, and I paid the price (hundreds in doctor bills)

I'd say an average dose gives you probably just very little to no chance of seizures from a reaction to the drug. It usually only does that to people who are prone to them anyway. The EKG person/Neurologist said that I have the symptoms, and the abuse triggered a dormant state.

Just be careful.
