ive never heard of this drug until today. my friend just got prescribed to take it daily. ive been reading on erowid and from the experiences posted it says it makes you very euphoric

has anybody heard of this? is it really as good as it sounds? personal experiences?

I've taken pregabalin which is supposed to be very similar. No euphoria. It sure as hell fucked me up though, but in a bad "I can't walk or talk straight" kind of way.

I'd say try it out dude. I've read all the Erowid reports and it sounds fine.

You can't take some of those experience reports on Erowid to heart very much. I've been a volunteer triager there for a few years now and if you think some of the reports that actually do make it through the triagers is bad, then you really don't want to read the kind of shit that's held back...

Haha, well a lot of the drug community is not very smart I suppose. Some of it is completely retarded shit but I've read some interesting articles on there.

If you're interested in doing volunteer work with Erowid fill that out, Spoon is usually pretty busy so it might take her awhile to get back to you. Also make sure you're serious before applying, triaging experience reports isn't always the most interesting thing in the world, it is work, and if you quit halfway into your training etc. It's just wasting every ones time. I also agree with Piles of Crack, some of the shit that gets submitted is atrocious.

P.S. - Gabapentin is very inebriating, not very euphoric, and at rec. dosages [800mg+ usually] seems to last almost 24hours [somewhat unexpectedly].

If being a couch monster with a stutter is your idea of high, go for it.

it made me feel like a zombie for a couple doses (500-900 mg) after that amount nothing good came out of it...made me feel worse..not worth your time most seizure medicines are not worth a fuck

so, i am prescribed gabapentin. i stockpile it and then take large doses (3000 mg). 900 will help you sleep. 2400 will have you feeling relatively drunk, i found it very easy to hold handstands on this dose. I like drinking with it. For about a week i woke up every morning and had 3300 milligrams for breakfast as well as two shots of bushmills.

HOWEVER, don't smoke weed and take gaba, i puke EVERY TIME i mix them, you may have different results, but i figured i'd let you know just in case.

Why don't you guys go eat a handful of Risperdal? I heard it like, makes you drowsy or some shit like that.

Smoking weed and taking gabs is a nice combo. I used to do it every once in a while. And with pregabalin, if you take a good amount of 'em it gets you feelin' pretty chill. But gabs alone aren't really that fun I've found (at least not in small doses).
