What is a good dosage, and more importantly, what does it compare to?

It has belladonna alkaloids in it. So you are not going to be able to abuse it. It will not be very pleasant atleast.

That article^ explins that a patient was taking 60-100 pils to get his desired effect. Even wiht a lower toleranceyou are going to need 10-30 pills. Dont waste your time with that shit.
