B deals, but hasn't ever been caught.


Anyways, a teacher heard about half a minute of our conversation before the bell rang, and had this really freaked out look on her face whilst staring at us as we left. I know, dumbshit move on our part, but whatever.

That was tues. Today (wednesday), she didn't say anything to us about it, and we didn't get called into the office or anything, BUT we were walking in P.E. and an administrater (spelling?) heard about 20 seconds of our conversation about whether this acid B and I got was legit or not, and ironically about how to pass drug tests.

Anyways, she fast walks away while mumbling into her walkie talkie.

About two minutes later, a cop comes and stares at me and B (at that point we were sitting on the football field with the rest of my class), standing about 15 yards away from us, for about half a minute, and then leaves.

My question is this; what are the chances that the school will drug test me, A and B?

I'm in a public school in California.

I want to know because I'm planning on consuming some pot and lsd over the weekend, as well as some opiates. I also may have some opiates still in my system until monday.

What are the chances that I will be drug tested?

Don't get busted doing anything at school and that can't piss test.

Refuse to do that shit if they try it, until you can talk to a parent or someone who knows the law better.

They US supreme court has ruled on this matter, look up the court case, doesnt come to mind right now. Everyone in my pe class knows that A and B do drugs, and if they had people in the pe class saying that they hear A and B talking about being high (if students were called into the office) , and the fact that B was high in pe last week and everyone but the teacher knew it (which people may also say), AND I hang out with them (, would that be a probable cause to test me?

I don't know the rules of your school , but my school claimed that if they thought you were under the influence of drugs they could admit a drug test. Now understand that you have all the freedom in the world to get your ass up and walk the fuck out. Also , try not to broadcast your drug distribution / intake to administrators.

I know it is illegal , but im sure with the society today they can and will find way around it. Getting busted on school grounds where i live warrants at least 6 months of probation including 3 of rehab , so consider your friend lucky.

No , your school has no reason or warrant to access that information. That is strictly private and they are unable to invade your personal life like that.

in my state they need your parents permission if you refuse, if your under 16 or 18 I forget. They cant make you take one, so dont. Theyll prob try and intimidate you into doing one and scaring you, but they cannot do SHIT.

When I was in high-school I took Oxy/Vics/heroin before classes everyday and never got suspected or questioned because.... *drumroll* I didn't talk about it loudly to friends. Hell, I made it through my entire high-school career fucked up without a problem.

I wouldn't worry about the drug testing. Just from now on don't talk about it, and you'll have nothing to worry about.

In California public high schools they can only drug test you if they bring in the dog and the dog smells it on you or your backpack. Also, if you are in an after school sport, you have to sign a permission to have to the possibility of being randomly tested. If you do not consent you are suspended from the sport for 1 year. IF you really don't want to get tested you can refuse but suffer the consequences, either way they will tell your parents and they will make you do it anyways (well mine would).

As a freshman in highschool I took oxycontin and smoked weed at lunch time. I passde out in 6th period and a security guard took me to the principle's office. I had a history for looking stoned in 6th period and my principle was "tired of it." He told me to take this saliva drug test and I told him no I'm not taking any of his drug tests. He said he would call the cops and I told him to go ahead. A cop actually came down and told me "I'm going to drug test you." I said "no, you are not going to drug test me." The law saying that athletes can be drug tested only applies to ATHLETES! I'm assuming the OP is a piece of shit who doesn't have any extracurrecular activities. This doesn't affect him. And even then, it is not like an athlete actually has to take the test. They will just be removed from the sport for refusing the test.

I've been very lucky with drugs at school once i showed up really drunk all my friends knew I was but the teachers didn't do anything about it even though it was obvious. once i was stoned and my teacher said i'd need to take a drug test and I said no and shes like go see the principle and he said that I had to piss into this container and im like no and walked out on him and he couldn't do anything about it ;D

Refuse the test. Not like they can force you to piss in a cup. Whether or not it's legal, I'm not really sure. But it's not illegal to refuse one, and if they did somehow manage to force you to undertake testing--well I'm certain that'd be grounds for complaint/litigation, people have sued over way more trivial matters and won, anyway.

I think this calls for a bit of truth in your school, starting with some very simple flyers giving some basic information about LSDs actual safety, benefits, and how it has been scape goated by authoritarians and weak minded people. Do your research, make it short, to the point, but effective, print several thousand at kinkos, and then simply post those bitches up in the area RIGHT outside of the school, every telephone pole you can find.


Big lettering, simple but easily readable color scheme, and mainly, keep it succinct and to the point. Provide a small list legitimate inarguable references at the bottom.


This will cause every single one of those assholes to drop a fat load in their pants upon sight.
