Hey I'm a guy but I'll throw in my 2 cents. I'd say just relax and have a fun time. Don't expect too much and have a drink if you feel comfortable (though most full nude strip clubs, do not serve alcohol, at least in CA).

Some strip clubs are indeed sleazy and have the creepy old guys. That's why I suggest you go with a small group. That way if the vibe is creepy you guys can just do your own thing and make jokes and just have fun with the whole experience.
