not a troll..I'm serious, me and my friend always eat lollipops when we're high, so why not eat lollipops to get high? Or just suck on a percopop in class or at work or something to chill out. I think it sounds reasonable.

that would include adding water.
and hes right, the only way to make a liquid a solid is to freeze it. dude its hydrocodone (or whatever opiate) suspended in some liquid, only way to get solid hydrocodone is to freeze the liquid or filter out the liquid and make a lollypop shaped thing from the powder, but that would taste like ass.
