Yes, I have seen the mother suffer in Requiem for a Dream. I understand the dangers in taking amphetamines. They were actually legal in the 70's, however since a lot of people abused them, they took it off the market. However, I'm just planning on taking minuscule doses as a catalyst for my regime.

I hate to tell you that fat people are not the slightest bit hurt when you call them fat, all throughout your life anytime you get in an argument/fight the other person jumps to the easiest insult of calling you fat. But it really really loses its weight as in insult when you've heard it a thousand times. I've been fat and now I'm not, and I can honestly say at no point has my weight had any effect on my emotional fragility. It's a good feeling to lose weight but its not like you feel constantly shameful when you don't

Well, Adderall is an exact copy of the formula for Obetrol, which was formerly marketed as a weight-loss aid back when amps were popular for that. Whilst XR would most definitely help to curb appetite all day, a possibly better approach, assuming you had access to IRs, would be to take a therapeutic dose around your regular meal times. I'm not saying don't eat-- because you still will, and still will have to-- but the amphetamine dose should help to keep your consumption at a reasonable and likely lower than usual rate.

Seriously though, if you take this route, you gotta incorporate diet and exercise. It is essential. You can't just swallow the amps and continue your sedentary lifestyle as pounds melt off your body-- sorry, it doesn't work like that. Aside from curbing appetite, amphetamines speed up the metabolism, which makes it easier to burn calories once you put yourself up to doing so. Careful on over exertion, though...especially if you find yourself consuming doses of amphetamine above the therapeutic range. Heart attacks aren't fun.

Adderall works great to drop weight. I used to be kind of chubby back in my sophomore year of high school. I remember being able to drop some adderall on friday, barely eat anything all weekend, and by sunday I would drop 10#, never gained any of it back either. I went from 165 to 130 in probably a month and a half. Now I'm back up at 160, but I grew a few inches and gained some muscle, not chubby anymore. Just be really careful exercizing on amps, your heart will start racing and its a real bitch to get it to slow down. I remember one time we were supposed to be doing cardio in gym, the teacher was walking around taking peoples heart rates, I was just standing there, not doing the aerobics bullshit, and shes like wow your hearts goin fast keep up the good work. Soo be careful.
